I really like the idea of Koemei, a site that allows for transcription of audio from video files. Not only does Koemei do that, but it allows you to play a video file and see a text transcription side-by-side with the video, high-lighting what's being said.

It's currently being tested and is not out in the wild, but as I was lacking a proper video file to try it out with, I uploaded a trailer for the coming James Bond film, "Skyfall", and Koemei found the following...
