Det här var en riktigt intressant bok, tack vare att Dan Josefsson undersökte så länge och så noggrannt, att mycket tvivel förintas. Tack vare sitt wallraffande, lyckades han få intervjuer med de flesta - förutom Birgitta Ståhle - som var ansvariga för att den här rättsskandalen kunde bli ett faktum, och att Thomas Quick kunde tillåtas bli. Med hjälp av Hannes Råstams journalistiska grävande och analys i bakgrunden har Josefsson skrivit ett verk som tydligt visar att ett fåtal personers kollektiva vansinne totalt har överskridit vett och dessutom hjälpt till att välta en rättsstat. En före detta basist (Råstam) har alltså varit en enorm hjälp i att se till att en oskyldig person snart går fri, medan de ansvariga för den här röran fortfarande går fria. Klart intressant, även om boken kunde ha varit bättre redigerad.

This is dry, thoughtful and very witty English humor, all packed into 107 pages where the author has treated what could easily be a very dulling subject (capitalism) into paranoia and fun; weave into that what you may.
The tube stops on the Jubilee line. The speaker announces that while you shouldn't fret, capitalism has stopped working and while things sort themselves out, yes, you're stuck underground.
So people actually start talking to each other, and what commences is a whirl through modern day, people like Thatcher, Marx and Chomsky, ideas and fracas. Commendable book, I say, tut-tut.
Cocaine Cowgirl: The Outrageous Life and Mysterious Death of Griselda Blanco by Jennie Erin Smith

This was a speedy, pop-crime read. It's a simple take on the life of Griselda Blanco, a purported physical murder emporium - although quite few bodies can be attributed to her name - and drug lord (which she was, at the top of her game), and should be taken as such.
I got this because it was at the top of the Amazon Kindle Singles list and very cheap, but despite that, I regret the purchase; this is well-written but in total, not engaging to me, and should have been edited well.
