Seriously, what the hell is this?

I'll tell you: it's the new logo for our IP-telephone software. What do you think the little figure looks like?

If you ask myself and a colleague, it looks like a severely unhappy little dude who's been punched in the left eye, and the other eye - is the dude on speed? Sadface.

Or, is it a completely crazy little dude and the green bit on the bottom end is its mouth? I've drawn in some teeth to clarify this:
